Who we are

Holston Community Outreach is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting youth and families navigating critical life transitions through community partnerships and agency-referred programs.

We help coordinate structured transition and relocation support by working alongside social service agencies and community partners to reduce disruption during critical life changes and help individuals move toward stable housing with confidence and dignity.

Our work is rooted in collaboration with social service agencies and community partners to ensure services are delivered in an organized, accountable, and sustainable way.
